Terms of Service
• I give LA Super Scoopers and its representatives permission to enter my property for the purposes of completing pet waste removal and related services.
• I understand that upon agreeing to service that I have entered into a prepaid agreement with LA Super Scoopers. The terms of this agreement is a single service for a one-time clean up or a term of one (1) month for weekly or 2x per week service and that the service will automatically be renewed for a period of one (1) month upon the completion of each billing cycle. It is my right and responsibility to notify LA Super Scoopers if I wish to cancel my services with no less than one (1) week’s previous notice.
• I understand that I have an obligation to pay for these services listed on the invoice prior to work being done and that a failure to do so may result in the services not being performed on the scheduled date and time that was determined.
• I understand that it is my responsibility to maintain a yard free of clutter, overgrown grass, or other obstructions that may prevent LA Super Scoopers and its representatives from performing their duties in an effective manner. LA Super Scoopers is not responsible for missed pet waste if such conditions exist.
• I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure a safe environment for LA Super Scoopers and its representatives to perform their services. It is my obligation to remove any hazards including but not limited to aggressive dogs, broken glass, construction materials, and any other potentially harmful objects from the yard prior to service and that a failure to do so may result in the services not being performed.
• I understand that payment of my weekly or 2x weekly invoice entitles me to four (4) visits per month of weekly service or (8) visits per month of 2x per week service. As such, I am entitled to forty-eight (52) visits per year for weekly service or ninety-six (104) visits per year of 2x per week service.
• I acknowledge that my service date and time is subject to change due to inclement weather, routing adjustments, or other unforeseen circumstances. I understand that LA Super Scoopers or one of its representatives will notify me should a change occur.

Our company is hosted on the Bluehost.com platform. Bluehost.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Bluehost.com’s data storage, databases and the general Bluehost.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.
